Taxidermy Order Form

Shipping Fees:

  • If you want to have your taxidermy shipped there will be a $25 Administration Fee. This will be added to your Taxidermy Invoice.

  • Shipping charges are SEPARATE from the Taxidermy Invoice:

    *Shipping is paid directly to the shipping company upon Delivery. This will be separate from your Taxidermy Invoice.*

  • Any Invoice not paid at the time of the shipment date will be held until the next shipping date and have additional Fees applied @ 10% of the invoice/per week.
